When Will I Hear Back?

We're usually working hard behind the scenes Monday-Friday, working on your lovely gift boxes as well as making and packaging our wonderful goodies. In-between doing this we speak to all our wonderful customers with their questions.

We usually aim to reply within 24 hours.

If you've contacted us over the weekend, don't worry, you may still get a message from us on Saturday-Sunday. As a small business it's not uncommon for us to put in an extra shift or two over the weekend.

The Cosy Gift Company started as a little creative venture back in 2018 and has found its own little cosy corner of the internet. We're still a small business and we're still incredibly hands on with everything we do (possibly due to us being control freaks) 🤭

So when you send us a message, you're not shouting into the the customer service void, full of chatbots and AI, instead you're talking to us. A small friendly team that strives on being fast and efficient.

Some Of Our Most Asked Questions

How Long Will It Take To Dispatch My Order?

Our gifts are lovingly handpackaged either the same or next working day. During busier periods e.g. Christmas, there may be a longer delay, we will always disclose how long this will be on the banner at the top of our website.

Which Courier Service Do You Use & How Quickly Will My Order Be Delivered?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, which has a delivery aim of 2-3 days. If you would like your order to arrive a little sooner than this, we have an option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24, this service has a delivery aim of 1-2 days, with orders usually being delivered next working day, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Will I Receive A Notification Of Dispatch Or Delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a email notification with your tracking number enclosed. We use a fully tracked service so you are able to see exactly where your item is (perfect for secret gifting!)

I Don’t Want A Invoice To Be Included In My Order, Can I Request This?

You don’t have to worry, we don’t add any paperwork or pricing in with our orders unless specifically requested to, we wouldn’t want to spoil your gift giving.
