How Long Will It Take To Dispatch My Order?
Our gifts are lovingly handpackaged either the same or next working day. During busier periods e.g. Christmas, there may be a longer delay, we will always disclose how long this will be on the banner at the top of our website.
Which Courier Service Do You Use & How Quickly Will My Order Be Delivered?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, which has a delivery aim of 2-3 days. If you would like your order to arrive a little sooner than this, we have an option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24, this service has a delivery aim of 1-2 days, with orders usually being delivered next working day, however this cannot be guaranteed.
Will I Receive A Notification Of Dispatch Or Delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a email notification with your tracking number enclosed. We use a fully tracked service so you are able to see exactly where your item is (perfect for secret gifting!)
I Don’t Want A Invoice To Be Included In My Order, Can I Request This?
You don’t have to worry, we don’t add any paperwork or pricing in with our orders unless specifically requested to, we wouldn’t want to spoil your gift giving.
