Dispatch 

We always aim to dispatch our orders either the same or next working day. However, in peak periods this will likely be a big longer - we will always disclose this in the banner at the top of the website so you are aware before you make a purchase with us. 

Delivery

We mostly use Royal Mail to deliver our orders, using a fully tracked service so you are able to check the delivery status of your order - especially important for gifting straight to the recipient! You can choose your preferred delivery service at the checkout page.

If you are ordering for a specific occasion or date, it is always best to order within plenty of time.
